There are two that come with Photoshop. Leather 1 and Leather 2.

It's in the Photoshop > Presets > Textures folder. You can add the texture to a brush, use it as a pattern overlay, styles pattern, Texturizer pattern, fill a layer with the pattern and all the usual ways you normally use patterns.

I've seen a lot of leather texture online...you can look through the search engine :-)

there are also some leather textures in filter forge, one or two quite good. you'd need the program, however. http://www.filterforge.com
