I am looking for software or a company that can be given a photo and it will do a pixel search to see if that photo is somewhere else on the web.

I was involved with a membership website (diet) with before and after pictures. The owner of the site has been found out, and she is a con. It has been established that the after pictures used on the site belong to a russian brides site.

There is a picture of a lady in a lawn chair that does not appear to be a russian bride. I am trying to find a way to quickly determine if that particular picture is available somewhere else on the web. We are working to build a case against this blatant photo stealer and con artist.

I would appreciate any suggestions or help from this forum.
