Hello,
I'm new here on this great forum, so please be patient and correct me if I do something wrong :). (Excuse my poor English too).
Lately I've interested in photography, Photoshop issues, and in particular in transform filters development.
I have some background in image/video processing, but I'm actually a beginner in Photoshop and its plugins.
So the filter I made is in a beta testing stage, and I suppose there're many things to be fixed, then if you want to test/evaluate it and provide your feedback - you're welcome.
Documentation in a short form and full form (pdf) may be found on http://www.auralabs.com/products.html
Right now it's impossible to download the filter directly from the web site, but if you're interesting in it - please email me to vitalish@auralabs.com and I will send you the plugin itself.

Thank you all,

Vitali

Vitali, welcome to RP. I would suggest that your post would be better posted the in RP Forum called Software, as that is where most people look for plugins and S/W related issues.

Thanks for feedback.
I expected that the manual filter control will be a sophisticated a bit, thus automatic presets were added - some kind of a starting point for further tuning.

I've asked FilterMeister support for some Windows Vista compatible release, hope they do have.

As far as I understood there is a problem when using Vista and more that 2GB RAM.
But the problem seems to be fixed in new version of Filter Meister. I already recompiled the SRF (now it's ver. 2.12) with the new and fixed FM, so I believe the problem is gone.

It is working, in CS3 (Vista), now. I only have to figure it out where & how to use it. It looks promising.

Only seems to work in greyscale. Why not colour

Thanks

A noise (and space resolution) sensitivity of human vision system in color domain is very low relatively to Lightness domain. Playing with NR/Sharpness/Detailness for color channels is not effective.
