I never heard about HDR here but I can see that it was associated with Photoshop I suppose? It was a wonderful tutorial though...

i love the hdr stuff, but when it's done a hell of a lot more subtle.

some of the extreme stuff does look cool, like flowing water shots.

but when it's done more subtle, it feels more like great photography, and less photoshop.

Great find... been surfing this guy's work for about an hour. Esp. like his cityscape interpretations.

I always enjoy pushing the limits to see "what if". This guy's work is great, as is the tutorial.

Thank you for sharing.

HDR is becoming more and more popular. that posted site is a great example. here's another one that can help: http://www.debevec.org/Research/HDR/ and here's another: http://gl.ict.usc.edu/Data/HighResProbes/ and lest you feel this is just 'kid's stuff' or something, here's one from Industrial Light and Magic: http://www.openexr.com/index.html . and, as some know, i use Filter Forge for making photoshop compatible filters. filter forge uses HDR in a certain type of its filters. so, you can also take a look at: http://www.filterforge.com/ for some more examples of use.
