Does anyone know of a good way to reduce jpeging??? I've already tried blur median and so forth. Any ideas??

If the image was compressed at a low quality jpg setting when it was saved, then a lot of data has been destroyed and can not be replaced by any simple means like a filter, especially if you now have the appearance of what appear to be large square blocks. If the pixelation is moderate, you can try Filter >Noise>Reduce Noise and click the JPG Noise slider. You can use a noise filter or a Filter>blur but typically all these do is smooth out the edges and leave the image noticeably blurry. If you want to post a sample image, other members can offer suggestion which may or may not be useful - really depends how poor the quality is.

If the picture is salvageable in the first place (i.e., has not lost too much data through compression), I often apply the >Noise>Remove Moire filter to the image, but you don't want to overdo it -- just enough to remove the patterned pixelation that often occurs, without turning the edges into mush. After that I duplicate the image and apply a high pass filter to that layer (>Sharpen>High Pass). Set the High Pass percentage to 100 and the radius to 1 or 2, just enough to restore some of the sharpness to the edges. Then set the High Pass layer to Overlay. You can try Hard Light and Soft Light, but Overlay is usually just about right.
