Now what could say "peace and tranquility" better than a barn and a pickup truck?

Alan, I love the loose brush work. What brush(s) did you use?

Nice picture to work with Swampy. I enhanced the original with Buzz and Lucis filters and increased saturation and exposure. I used the AHB to paint a water color layer and I added paper texture.

Swampy, thanks for your nice comment. The brushes used were from the Nagel 40 series.

Thanks, Alan. I've downloaded them, but haven't tried them. So many brushes, so little time! LOL

Really like cazubi 's , all are nice.
Here is mine, converted to gray and painted the truck, then overlaid on to the original with a bit of transparency. Did a mild auto-paint brush effect and put in a frame.

Thanks for the welcome Danny, I can not remember what I was looking for when I came across this site, but I am really glad that I found it. The open helpful atmosphere is refreshing and have already learned a lot. The ad hoc photo reworks have been fun.
