What percentage did someone suggest to use when trying to increase the photo size with minimum loss in quality. I remember that it was increased by a certain percentage but I can't remember if the increases were by 2% or 10 %.
Thanks

Also remember to use bicubic smoother, and depending on how big your going, every 3rd time or so switch to bicubic sharper once.
Alien Skin Blowup works great too. I don't see a difference in quality but you can do it in one mouse click.

Yeah its 10% and depending on what you want and how many times you're doing the resize, I would say do what crazyfly1 said, I did a bubic sharper on all of the steps of a portrait I shot and a little part of the hair on my subject started to look pixelated (not what I wanted but not as bad as that it would be noticeable to the client)

If you are uprezing with photoshop CS 2 or 3 you should use bicubic smoother in one move to final size, not 10% increments.
