I couldn't believe it when I found this site. A dream come true. People helping people. I've had a problem with an old photo that has haunted me for years. I have a tiny digital image of my parents that my 80 year old father has been begging me to fix. The original image is lost and so am I. Hopefully I'll find some kind person on here that will help me get started. I'm also really looking forward to the community. Cheers!

Hi there - I just joined today - have cousins in Lunenberg County. As an old photographer I have my own take on photoshop techniques - keep in mind the law of diminishing returns. Your first correction on a file will probably give 10x the benefit of your tenth, but learning is fun as long as the meter isn't running! Good luck.
