Hi All

Can this photo be turned in to a color photo

He had brown eyes and I would like to get rid of the dark background and give him skin tone color

If any one or all can work with this it would be very much appreciated.

Sure it can be colorized. But first the black and white needs to be fixed. It has a lot of texture in it that needs to be removed. This is a common problem and has been discussed frequently on this forum. However perhaps you should post the maximum size this site allows. Thanks for the info, I'm a little over whelmed with all the information I'm clueless as to a lot of the information your suggestion on changing from Jpeg to Tiff I tried that but I think it has made the photo to big and it seem more blurred
