Her right eyebrow is very soft and probably needs more contrast to look more like her left eyebrow. You've got the yellow eye highlight running inside her eye. The highlight on her nose is too blown out and loses skin texture. Not circled.. I would clean up the some of the stray hairs on her forehead. Otherwise good start. Jerryb 12-01-2007, 11:18 AM hi, now i am just a novice and defintely when it come to womens makeup... not even worth mentioning.. smile... and over all you did better job than i can.... but what stood out to me... 1. the eye shadow... lacks symantry... between the left and right eye.... the left appear the yellow covers more area than the right eye... both appears to be uneven.... 2. the eyeliner.... now that i assume is supposed to be black... but it appears to me there a fair amount of yellow in that black..... experts probably give you better advice but possibly go back a step or two... to where you have that nice black and then mask off the eyelashes and eyeliner and then bring in the eyeshadow. .... well that my 2 cents worth.. smiling... I think I need take more time at the details and the colors. :) wtowle 12-02-2007, 11:12 AM Good start. You always want to take out the second catch light in the eyes. I always keep the bigger or more defined one of the two. jansandahl 12-02-2007, 12:45 PM For a first shot at retouch, itīs a very good job! I'm no expert on fashion/model retouch but one little enhancement I came to think is to carefully remove some of the noise and highlights under the right nosewing - it looks like as if she's got a cold. |
