I used the forward warp tool in Photoshop's Liquify filter. Tiny, tiny increments 'cause a little goes a long way.

Removing the double chin completely is going to take some work.
You need to bring the jaw line back to the chin. Especially on the right side. Then you need to have the neck join the jaw and chin in a realistic way. Use the liquify filter, free transform and work on 3 layers. One for the jaw, one for the chin and one for the neck. Use masks.

This is my try: Liquify, Healing Brush, Cloning Tool.

Hi Gems.
Welcome to Retouch Pro.
My try. I used the perspective tool

Ok here's the way I would do it. More work should be done on the "joints" but it should give you an idea of the way I explained earlier. I changed the actual shape of your face as little as possible and only removed the double chin.

I used liquify, multiple layers with masks and soft light layers to give the jaw a little bit more definition.

Enkay, you did a very natural-looking, good job. Just right.

I did some colour correction on the image, then duplicated it. Used liquify filter to shape the face a bit, went back to the other image and nicked your chin from it, then made it fit together .... maybe ;) Hope all that wasn't too painful for you :D
