Just another "ho-hum" thing to New Yorkers who pretty much see it all -- day after day. Ho-ho-ho... :) PatNugent 12-19-2007, 12:35 PM Na, people actually react to things, atleast for a minute. We aren't as zoned out as TV makes us look. Everyone on this train was smiling and laughing about the scenario, I clicked the picture, then put my phone back in my pocket and went back to what I was doing. A few other cameras were pulled out as well. One time, half of the train I was on broke out into song, no joke. The last two times I was in NY I met some of the nicest people an "out of towner" could image. Friendly and helpful in every way. A couple of sour pusses but that happens here at home in Florida. My wife and daughters just came back from a week up there (too cold for me this time of year). They had a great time ice skating in central park and at "the rock." Also they took in the Xmas show at Radio City. And of course enjoyed the Xmas decorations. Keep up the good work you guys, you've made it an even greater place to visit. Steve C. |
