Hello. I've been trying to restore a photo of my brother who passed away and have been searching the internet for tips and came across this forum. WOW! Looks like lots of great information and very helpful, talented people.

I've never restored a photo before but the photo is for my mother who loves this particular photo of my brother (happy times). It also has a friend of his (who also passed away - just recently) and we would like to share it with his mother too.
