Steve C. Peter S 12-17-2007, 05:04 PM I remember doing this young lady before, I think I made her look older. I've not made that mistake again errr I hope.
Peter Gilbert 12-18-2007, 10:57 AM painter/Photoshop portrait palms1 12-18-2007, 01:27 PM Bit of mixed styles here, but i fancied something different for a change :D
Palms DannyRaphael 12-18-2007, 03:45 PM Wow... She's really growing up. Nice pic to work with. Thanks for the opportunity to create, Patricia...
I used Impressionist plugin for the prep work and Painter for the rest of the transformation. Peter S 12-18-2007, 05:12 PM Danny
I had to have another shot at this one.
Peter grannysdc 12-18-2007, 06:15 PM Just a bit of impressionist Natural Wild Cave Painting to give it some texture.. patriciakay 12-19-2007, 03:16 PM Peter....
Two nice ones from you....it doesnt matter if you make Therese look odler...she will know how she will look in years to come....I once did a pencil sketch from a photo when she ws 7 and she looked 15 when i finished it...

Palms....good mixed effects....looks real painterly!!!
Danny...That is so good....what a good idea to use impressionist as a base for painting...How the years have flown...she was 3 when i became her stepmother!!!

Patricia........:wavey: Peter S 02-07-2008, 03:16 PM This is one of those I just had to try again, this time trying to emulate something Danny has done in another thread, well that didn't work and I ended up with this.
Peter Kraellin 02-07-2008, 10:20 PM ah, they do grow up, dont they :)
prepped in Paint Shop Pro xi and then ran my 'waxy' filter forge filter and a tiny bit of touch-up in psp again. patriciakay 02-08-2008, 02:30 AM Peter...Nice modern art look to Therese....
Craig....Like this...your filters are great and i see still keeping you busy...
Oh yes they grow up far too quickly...this year Therese will be 20....
Best wishes Patricia....... Kraellin 02-09-2008, 09:13 PM thanks, patricia. yes, still at it with filter forge. just submitted two more today to the library over there :) over 4000 filters in the library now and still counting. and i still use one or two of your pictures when i need certain types for testing, so, part of the credit goes to you, as well :) Peter S 04-27-2008, 02:58 PM Palms if you read this. it might make a good candidate for smudging, well I needed the practice anyway.
