Nice job except there is too much blur. Looks like a soft focus filter on the camera if it had been shot with film.

Check out tutorials about dodge & burn to smooth out the skin instead of a lot of blur. It's too obvious here.

Honestly I don't like it. The photo itself has some flaws from the start (the pose mostly, uneven light in the back with some flare). The retouch on the skin is too blurred to my liking and you missed some spots - e.g. stray hair and the left side of her mouth has a dark spot.

That's my honest opinion :-)

I'm going to go with the two previous posters in saying that you've been a tad too heavy with the blurring. Look at other techniques such as using the healing tool to hide blemishes and even as a tool to create an even complexion across a larger area of skin. I'm not fond of dodging and burning as it often affects the colour depth.
