I want to obtain this effect (fig.1 and 2) but I don't know how? Can you help me, Pleeeeaase ;-)

How about rub a lot of crappy mascara on a model, spray her with water, and take a picture? :-)

I agree.. That's "just" a make-up effect. Applying mascara on baby-oil or just smearing it after application.

cmon people (not just you Piorun) not everything in a photograph is created with retouching. If you can't see that, you have loads more problems than learning how to manipulate photographs or realize if what you do looks good.

hmmm, maybe the person who started this thread didn't ask for the retouching(since this isn't in the retouching forum)! but on how to achieve this makeup effect in real life! the question has been answered, so!

I know how to do this before taking a picture, but i wonder how to do this - bodypainting effect - after taking a picture for example in CS2 or CS3 ??
