post production, background just curves and saturation. model: curve, levels, hue and saturation, gradient map, painting layer, softlight 50% layer, black and white conversion desaturted layer blurred at low opacity, and i dont want to hear DONT ever blur skin textures, bc they are still there. otherwise hit me.
