I have a epson 380 and I was using to print cds.
Now it is displaying a message of error "see your documentation"
Somebody could help me!

Do you have documentation... if so there should be a "troubleshooting" section or something like that.

Does the printer not work at all or only when printing CDs?

the printer doesnīt work never. When you power on the error message appear and it only permit power off

Check it for paper jam

...and try taking out print cartridge(s) and put them back in.

But I did do this all. I asked to the Epson, The epson answered me, but until this moment. No one this sugestions havenīt effect.
At my region there are many R380 with this problem and nobobdy know what to do.

I hope someone has better ideas than mine and you are able to solve this problem.

I do not know if this will help.

1. Right-click on

2. Choose "Save target as..." from menu to save on your hard disk.
