Filled in the blowouts with EyeCandy III fur filter and then combined the GREYC smudge with Xero's Supersmooth and Artworx filter and also AAA Fotofix filter enhancements (some selective things too). :)

Thank you, Swampy and Jordan. And I believe that this technique is rather power :). Below is my quick tutorial:

Thanks, Swampy. I'd love to have a puppy like that. He's so cute. I think I'm finally getting the hang of smudging. This is really fun stuff.

I've been following this thread and looking closely at all the wonderful work everyone is doing. However, I can't find anywhere where someone has mentioned what kind of dog it is. I'm thinking that maybe the cute little stinker is a Great Pyrenees. In which case, he/she won't be so little very long. Any ideas?

The dog below is a guard dog at the University of Lincoln (Jefferson City, MO) sheep and goat barn. His massive head came past my waist. Even though this picture is really bad, he is one of the most beautiful dogs I've ever seen.

Janet, I have no idea what kind of dog it is, but you may be right. :-)
