I just found this site and quite photoshop impaired. So I hope I can learn a lot from hanging around. My hubby is not going to be happy... more hours in front of the keyboard... oh well.

Willowdawn, welcome to RetouchPro! I know you will find lots of things to read and practice with, and learn and do -- dig in!

Maybe you can do some work on some of his family photos or make him a photo collage for a present -- something that shows him the value of your "hours in front of the keyboard". Of course, we all know that our hobbies make us happy and this is good for the spouse also -- he benefits from a "happy wife"; but lots of us also know the times when we spend too much time at the computer and miss out on other good things in life. Everything is always about being able to balance -- if I was really good at that, I'd eat more veggies and fewer peanut butter cups! ;)

Ha! The day he let's me take a picture of him... He's actually a pretty good sport, but with starting a business and all, I do spend a lot of time in front of my dear old Ed (we name inanimate objects in our house). Hopefully I'll learn things that will shorten my post processing time in Photoshop. :o)
