Compensation: I prefer a per image rate.

Details: It doesn't matter where you are, that's why there is FTP. The USA is preferred just because of time change, but honestly if you can get the job done I don't care if you're on another planet.

I'm not looking for an intern, rather a real Photoshop guru that will help in creating new looks and visions along with me. And you must have the images to back that up when contacting me.

Much of this work is celebrity, so no before and afters for your port unless permission is granted by the publicist and myself. If the work is non celebrity ie; fashion / beauty you can do all the before and afters you want!

Rates must be reasonable and flexible as there is no money in editorial but plenty in advertising. Let's take it one job at a time.

I'm looking for new, reasonably priced, and very talented new blood that need images worth retouching for their books, as well as add to my editorial works.

It's a win / win for the right person... The younger magazines have NO budget for retouching. But, they are really great publications and offer great young celebrities. They are also GREAT outlets for beauty and fashion editorials.

The mags like Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair et al will pay for retouching, as will my ad jobs.

So in the end, if I choose to take a shoot because I want to do it for my book, the post production (as well as much of the shoot) comes out of my pocket.

I'm looking to make a commitment with the right person, you'll get steak, but you have to eat your greens too! :)
