I'm new using the Wacom Tablet, how do you set it up ? Pen pressure ? ( Threads are talking about pen pressure, where can I set this up in CS3 ?)

Look under your brush settings. There are a variety of settings for shape dynamics, scatter, etc. Some settings, such as pen tilt may not be available to you depending on the model.
