I'm not sure if this will make a link or not; you might have to copy & paste. Does anyone have any idea what programs will make collage cards like these? I know lots of it could be done with Photoshop, but what about the little dotted borders & snowflakes? Thanks in advance!

Photoshop can do what you are looking for. There are a couple of Snow Flakes in the custom shapes that come with Photoshop. More can be added or made.

She does do a nice job and most of those shapes, borders, etc. can be found for free. If you email me I'll send you list of links.

Now for the duck on top? That's funny. I have about 10 of those sitting on top of my computer screen. They sell them at Wal-Mart. They are rubber and have a little lightbulb in them that runs from a watch battery. If you float them the water creates the circuit and the light up. They are cool and only a couple of ducks, I mean bucks.

Since we are talking about babies, I was recently given the honor of being asked to join a pretty elite group of volunteer photographers nationwide. Some of the images I make I may ask a few of you to do some of your painting magic on and of course give you credit.
