dont know why but a black and white came to mind ! was it a good tour ? looks like it was

B&W works for me Palms.

I stayed with colour though.
duped BG and made an outline with Redfields changed blend to Multiply. Then placed a new layer between BG and outline, filled with white and added a layer mask. Used a Seishido scribble brush one the mask to reveal the colour detail.
Tweaked the colours a bit and added a levels AL to finish off.

Really like this image -- love the repetition of arches, the clean lines, and the gold/white palette.

Very Classic look, Palms, and it fits the architecture very well. Elegant and striking!

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that it's the scribble brush effect that grabs my attention on this - Love the textured look with the beautiful color contrast.
