Can I just take a moment to say "WOW" to everyone's work here!
Palms this photo is FAB, and everyone's art is just amazing.
Alcar, yours in particular is just wonderful!

I think I need to dig out my thesaurus so I can praise more creatively :)

All nice work, but I agree with Jordan - Alcar, yours is terrific. Is that Impressionist? If so, you've taken it to a whole new level.

I did mine in Impressionist/CS2.

dc, yes I used the impressionist plugin and altered the color palette with a gradient layer. Alan

Wow see i was right to have faith in you what blinders you have all done :bow::bow:

Alex two nice versions but the darker one does it for me

Steve the angles of the strokes are a winner there

Peter that has a real classy feel to it

Alcar fantastic i think you are now going to be refered to as the king of impressionist

Dc the brush strokes on yours gives me the feeling of it raining there, very nice

And thank you all

Oh yeah, Alcar is definitely the king :)

I have tweaked and prodded this poor photo so much it's pathetic!! It got very complicated and then more complicated :)
And then I started over very simple! LOL!

Jordan isnt it maddening when that happens ! nice outcome in the end though

Alex i think you like this image, maybe just a little :grin: superb gallery of them hard to pick a fav but at the moment it could be 09, oh and you owe me some anti wrinkle cream for sitting here with my eyes squinted, although it does get the :bigthmb: if it is ok will have a nosey around the rest of your gallery when i have time.

Amica that does have a lovely dreamyness to it,

if not have a look here
