Most of the time I use layering and a plugin or plugins. I think I used Buzz and sketching mainly on this one. No non-Photoshop plugins.

Used "best of" individual color channels (layer masks, blend modes).

Stretched the right side of the final image a bit and cropped so the stairs would not be "right in the middle."

Seamless Droste and used that for the Amazing Circle. :)

Thanks for the comments Danny/Craig. Yes, Droste preset in Mathmap (a special GIMP filter though a stand-a-alone version is available for the MAC's) was used. Make Seamless is a GIMP filter too. Also, for the Amazing circle, the recently made a Script-fu (much better even then the Action that's available for Photoshop) for it. :)

Palms, I've been in and out of the hospital twice in the last two weeks with pneumonia. And I just got my new MacPro this week to set up... sick, busy, sick, busy... But thanks for the thoughts.

the trick is to take a laptop with you, dee dee, one with a wi-fi connection. then you just hook into the hospital's service and you're never away from us ;)

I'm never far away anyway, Craig. This place is my virtual hang out. It's been so much fun to meet new friends here and to learn from them, but especially to watch others extend their skills from some hint or tip I may have passed on.

yup, quite a house doug has built here, dee dee... an amazing group of people :)
