Just wondering... Have a pictures, I restored it (color correction) mostly.

The line on the left top side that got into the center... I forgot what other techniques could be used.

Thanks to all

hi balky,

well, it's not that bad, so i'd prolly just use clone, push, airbrush. you could mask the area and some other areas, but the clone, push, airbrush would probably be just fine in this instance. just do all actions on separate layers and it will be easy to fix any mistakes.

as an alternative method, you could try just making a blank layer, set it to color mode and use airbrush on the whole thing. just set your opacity on that brush to very light, like start at 2 or 3 percent and work from there. just set your color picker to each color you need to work over.

Pavel,
After examining your image, most of the lines are simply color disparities between adjacent pixels. These can be cleaned up nicely using the Patch Tool.
Zoom in to work on smaller areas at a time.
Set the Patch Tool to "destination".
Circle a small area that has good data and move it to the bad area.
The patch tool already applies a smoothing effect to the edges to there will be no need to feather anything.
Just keep moving good to bad.
When you get to the more complex areas, like clothing and faces, you will either have to work with much smaller patches or switch to the Clone Stamp tool.

Good luck !

I did this quickly but...I changed the eye makeup. Also fixed the nose just a little and altered the left side background which I found distracting.
