The new sky and crop helped this picture a lot!

There are a few problems remaining though:

sorry to say but apart from the new sky the original photo looks better then your retouched one.

and i think 0lBaldy pointed out all the faults so i wont recapped them.

To prevent bleeds when using the clone tool, it is logical to first use the lasso tool to section off the areas you will be working on. If the area in question is a gradual change such as the fur coloration you may use a feather on the selection to help with the blend. Invert when going to the other side. The feather amount will depend on how much you wish to define the edge. You should also consider using a lower opacity when cloning and changing your source area often to prevent replication of any flaws in your target. Using the healing tool in conjuction with the clone tool can usually eliminate obvious clone tracks providing you use the same texture.

There are other areas that you could improve on, such as the eye being too white, picture artifacts that need cleaned and of course items metioned above.

Keep in mind, there are numerous ways to achieve an end result including invention, just keep practicing, reading on the subject and be critical of your work, it will come.

im agree, the original one its better...

sometimes a good photo retouch or restauration take a lot of time...

tell me something... how much time do you spend with ths picture...???

the cloned grass look to tiled...

and the horse has a serious color problems... i can tell you if you print this photo you will se a lot of artifacts...

take your time to analice the image... then work with it by steps... on the begining you may be spend a lot of time.. but if you work with layers (god bless photoshop) you can make mistakes and erase them... dont be a fraid to get a 30 layers file...

just a quick job of using the patch tool and copy and paste different areas.
