This is a great resource on youtube its full of retouching video tutorials that are easy to follow (it taught me everything i know about retouching).

I've known Photoshop Mama (aka: Shan Canfield) for a number of years. She's exceptionally talented and does great tutorials.

Her videos are actually what got me interested in retouching in the first place. They're a great resource, especially for beginners who haven't figured out where everything is in the menus yet.

She has indeed great tutorials. I've learned quite alot from them!
