Cracked.com (http://cracked.com/), a humor site, runs "Retarded Photoshop" contests. The entries are anything but retarded...

Last month's contest was "what next year's Oscar winners will look like if the writer's strike doesn't end" and some of the finalists are amazing pieces of work that must have taken hours to create.

If you like in-joke movie references and top-notch photoshoppery, take a look.

Caution, a lot of the humor is quite explicit. Lots of bad words there.
