Honestly the skin looks to dark for me.
You might clean the skin a bit more especially the under eye area.

The photo is too blue, the shadows lack detail and the front of the face is very white. However, considering that you submitted this image to Flickr's Unreal Portraits group, all these may be deliberate effects? If so, I wouldn't call it a straight headshot.

OK, if this is meant to look this way, then no comment.
However, from my point of view (i'm into beauty/glamour/artistic genre) this photo looks strange.
- skin not cleaned up (too many moles)
- skin looks dirty to me
- the hair is a mess
- eye brows are not clean
- lashes look weird, disformed
- too much shadows under the eyes
- remove needle scars of the ear?
- enhance lips
If you do that you will still be able to preserve the natural look, only a bit cleaner.
Once again, this might be a style of retouching I'm not familiar with and if that's the case, then my comments are nothing to think of.
