This was a bit easier, by no means great like the pros on here...but let me know what you think. I had a hard time with the glare of Grandma's glasses and would have like to detail the baby more - but I don't know who the baby is, so oh well :)

looks good, janie.

just one thing you can try here. try adding a light usm (unsharp mask) to the image, say around 2/100/5.

janie,
If you were working on this for a client, then you would also want to address a few other areas.
You would want to even out the contrast within the image. The flash overexposed the center of the image and left the edges underexposed. Notice the right side of the older woman is very dark, as are most of the edges. You can use the gradiant tool on a mask to lighten these areas while leaving the center untouched.
You would want to do the opposite in the center especially on the baby's clothing. Notice the whites are blown out and there is no detail. Again, use a mask and apply various techniques just to the clothing to bring out the detail.
The glare on the older woman's glasses is distracting and should be removed. Depending on the image detail available there, you could clone it out, or lightly burn or paint on an overlay layer filled w/ 50% gray to reduce the glare.

Just some thoughts. I think you did very well with the other cosmetics and blemishes.
