Altvan, RetouchPRO has a gallery for members to post their works where others are free to comment rather than a thread dedicated to your exclusive works.

So what is this forum (critics) all about, i just see people with the after and before link, and then people start talking (or like that seems)

I think the galleries are so that folks can post a 'portfolio' or body of work. More than one. Folks are free to post comments there. I think the critique thread is for a specific work that you have done.
