Hi Guys.
I just registered as a new member. Mainly because I have a new film scanner on the way, and wanted to do some research. I found this forum quite by chance and was impressed by the level of knowlege I found here. So I thought "I gotta get me some o that" so here I am.
I've been taking photographs for year, but have little experience of scanning, or manipulating immages. So you may expect a whole truck load of newby questions.

What's up, Podmahoy...

Glad you found us. Questions welcome, even by the truckload.

Hope Spring gets to Manitoba, soon! Happy Easter to you, too.

Happy Easter. I also just joined. If you like to use books as reference material I have found a great book.
Scanning and Halftones by David Blatner/Conrad Chaves/Glenn Fleishman/and Steve Roth
This book has help me solve some scanning problems. Good Luck with that new scanner.
