I am not pro, but I can see different things to coment.

I think yo go so far away with the skin, losing the detail and the texture. Better if you D&B and dont give that smooth or airbrushing look. Its funny. Two months ago I applied airbrushing a lot, and until I am a member of this forum my workflow has changed completely. Thanks guys (and girls two, of course).

May be too much contrast. Thats the reason cause you lose partially the flyaway hair in the right bottom. Better if you rid off them completely.

You can fix the whole in the hair (left side of the pic).

The left eye seem's to look a little frosty from what i see .I would maybe work on the neck also a little more .
I know it can be trying and we can get caught up in what were doing with an image like this .

I would maybe put the original next to the one your working on and take a good look at 100% and see what works and what doesn't .
