Hello to everyone this my first post/question. I am trying to merg to photo's together, the first photo I would to be in black & white opacity at about 50%the second in color on the bottom left corner. Can anyone help please

Open both photos. Make sure the b/w version's color mode is set to RGB (or SRGB to match the color version). On the B/W, select all, copy then go to the color version and paste. Use Free Transform to resize the B/W version to fit in the lower left corner. Save the color version as a PSD for future editing. Then resave as JPEG if you are going to post to the web.
