One thing that bored me is your lighting. Almost every picture was taken with a same light. So my opinion is study few different lightningteqniues. Then you have more interesting pics in your webpage :)

I can't find next-button, so I have to go previous page and choose new picture...

The website looks ok, easy to navigate...a bit slow on loading IMO, but this website is to show your portfolio and what you do...I think this message comes trough to your viewers...Your portraits is typical office pictures, if you want to stand out more from other typical office photographers I would try out a bit more exciting lighting...One warning is to stop adding so much heavy retouching on their female skin and work with small adjustments...maybe within skin clone and color adjustments...

EDIT: I would go for a different background...black makes your pictures stand out more. and maybe add a next button on your portfolio so your viewers don't have to go back every time they have to look on a new picture...

I think that it looks nice. the only thing that I would do is under the links at the top like "places spaces" or "faces", i would remove the actual title of the site "sM_pacesspaces.html". I would remove that and put something else.

You have done a fantastic job - it is very professional. Depends on who you are marketing to.

I would also like to see a simple very personal part, it catches the attention personally. The bio is great but I still need to warmly feel with you on a personal basis and feel like I know and like you. (It is like having a PR person who guides you so that people think you are great - whether you are or not)
Also in the CONTACT area - I would put a FACE of you (or anyone with a good or nice face) so the person feels they are contacting someone who cares.

Thank you very much for taking the time to look through the whole website, I think that you're right about the contact page, the photo needs to be changed from the "Diane Arbus" look to something not as wacky.

My one other thought (that would appeal to me in a likeable way) would be a picture of the face of a very happy lovable dog (probably a mixed breed) on the contact page.

Hey Mendo

can't believe someone mentioned lighting, when the shots are exposed for
all elements .

The photography is great and well balanced i feel .

One critique would be to get a button to move onto the next image as opposed to going back to the menu .

cheers

Enjoyed your site. I agree with the other poster that the addition of a dog, would be great. I also would include a cat and some kids. Again, who you are marketing to really makes the difference.

Brett,

Nav button is in the works.

Imagine my surprise when first thing out off the box was "boring", hard not to respond to that!

Thanks for taking the time to look through the whole site.

Cheers right back at you!

Checked out the above site and cannot see changes.

Site photos are good but the people photos are not doing anything for me. They are not making me think WOW - also no 'up close and personal' shots and no animals. Maybe not so many photos just stick to your best few WOW factor shots.

I feel it needs a quirky touch to add interest and make it stand out from the crowd. Sites tend to becoming boring if looking at more than one (which is what customers do). The site needs some warm and fuzzy/quirky to attract and make the person interested and remember. Faces need to be special and reflect the personality of the person. I cannot see your face and know who I am dealing with (which I think helps to familiarise and relate to who "I would be dealing with"). I'm not getting any feeling of you as a person (except maybe you dont like animals). Many customers do, so needs to be a good balance. Look at the most successful TV advertisements, these usually reflect babies or animals or humour associated with the product.
