Hello,
I'm looking for help with retouching my daughter's photo.

Let's just say:
Photographer couldn't have cared less
She was 3 months old and screaming
I was ready to go crazy and get out of there.

Here are the things I am looking to fix.
Her complexion is splotchy.
Her eyes are not looking the right way.
Her bow is really crooked and her dress is bunched by her face.

I do not want it to look unnatural. I just want this picture to be somewhere near what I paid for it...
I do have a copyright release.
If anyone has any software suggestions (or wants to take a go at it themselves) feel free

That is way too small to do anything with, can't see the blotchy skin even, sweetie pie btw...if you have a larger version that would b better.

To me she looks splotchy right above her eyes

I Think you have a lovely baby.

The splotchy skin can be corrected with some patience.

The bow, the eyes and the dress, I don't quite understand what you mean:
did you want the baby to look directly at the camera?
and the bow, how should it be? In the middle of the forehead?
the dress is bunched up? you mean to close to the face on the right side?

THIS SHOULD WORK :)

Thank you

Yes, I was referring to having her look at the camera.
The bow is supposed to be straight across, not up.

Her dress looks like it goes up behind her. Is there a way to "bring it down?"

Thank you

I tried a little something.. straightened the bow, remove the splotch and fixed the dress a bit, hope it close to what u wanted to see - I did nothing to the eyes I think it's fine the way it is.
Hope u like...

Beautiful baby! I am not sure if I addressed all of the problems.

Which way is the bow supposed to go? Is the (current) left side the top, or is the (current) right side the top?

I don't know if this is kind of what you were looking for or not. I'm sure the bow isn't accurate after cutting and pasting it and the eyes don't look just right either. I didn't spend a lot of time on the skin and her cheek now needs a shadow under it where the bunched up collar was. It will take someone with much more skill than I have to get it looking the way you want it.
Very sweet baby.

I couldn't see anything wrong with the eyes but then again there are many things that I don't notice.
