I took a look. (Also, try to always put a small image attached to your post.)
The first one, while nice, is really just a change in the colorization. No retouching that I can see.
The second one, some subtle retouching of the face and neck. Nicely removed the face paint and a few blemishes, altered overall tonality of face. For the work invested, you could go ahead and enhance the eyes, nose, mouth. You could also alter the lighting to enhance the focus of the image. Good job removing some of the background clutter.

While I am no professional retoucher, these are just some of my IMHO observations.

Photo #1: The disco ball just doesn't seem to belong in the picture. The photo would have been better if she were looking at it to give it some meaning, some sort of "objective" in the picture. To me it's just distracting and has no meaning. Could probably remove that whole portion completely.
Missed some of the smeared mascara on the lower left eye.
I think it's actually a pretty nice clean up all together.

Photo #2: Right off the bat, her lips look awkward. It looks like you were trying to give them more substance, but they blend in to the background too much. Maybe try a different hue for the background, a little darker maybe to give some contrast between the background and subject. It could either just be the quality of the saved picture to meet the 100k requirement or my monitor, but there seems to be some strange purple fringing around the hair where it meets skin. Same thing with the ear, purple fringing/gamut around the highlights.

Try giving links to full size photos as well. Outside links to sites like photobucket, flickr, etc.
A lot of times you sacrifice quality to squeeze a photo into the 100k requirement. Which make it easier to give a good opinion of your work.

Not bad though for the work you did put in to them. I like the nice shadow effect coming from the eye in the second photo.

So, After you post your less than 100K version, you could link to a site that is hosting a larger version.(like imagevenue.com or pixentral.com or photobucket.com)

Ok, so i will post some words. Only for 1rst one, couse i dont like the second picture at all... as a photo, not as a retouch ;)

So, quite a good work, but after first look i fund two things, that looks strange. First, is models left eye... U forgot to clean makeup on skin under it... it is still black and goes also under the nose (or maybe its a shadow, but under the eye its makeup i think).

Second thing... i think, that the bottom of right eye (models right) looks strange... there are no eyelashes under it, but on the original it looks, like there are no of them too (maybe due to makeup). Maybe it would be good, to use some eyelashes brush to add a little bit of them, also to put a little black line on the bottom eyelashes to just fix an eye makeup ;)

Thats my opinion... rest of the job... quite good... i think U have spend a lot of time correcting it.

For the first one, I like the skin tone. I think it would help her eyes look more natural if you left just a hint of the crease in the corner of her eye...both inside and outside corners. It looks like someone is doing the ol' hair pull that we used to say - "mommy mommy my pigtails are too tight"

For the second one, I really liked her "look" before the Photoshop surgery. I liked her turned up nose and her lower lip that stuck out a bit. She looked natural. Now there is something not quite right about her mouth and her new nose looks natural, but she looked better with her punk little nose :)
