This was shot and retouched by me.
This is my second attempt at retouching with the D&B technique. Would like to hear some opinions and further suggestions.
Do you think I went too far with the retouching? This was shot in the evening sun with additional golden reflector, so I tried to keep the warm skin tones. I dont know about the shading, should I add some shadows or highlights?

Welcome aboard!
You did a great job on the face, but the neck and shoulders seem too soft for the focal length. With that tight a shot I would expect that area to be as sharp as the face. Otherwise, excellent work. I like that you kept it natural looking!.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. The aperture of this shot was F4.5 and I was shooting at the nearest focus distance, thats why the neck and shoulders are out of focus. The DOF was pretty shallow.
I am still not satisfied with my lips retouching, looks like Veronika will have to put more shiny gloss on her lips when we shoot again. :) If someone has a good technique on how to make lips shinier, please, share...

For the lips, try to paint (in a new layer) with a soft white brush (little one). Is a good exercise look for pics in the fashion magazines and try to emulate the lips you like. It will be so difficult in the begining, but donīt be in a hurry with this, take your time.

Sometimes normal blend, sometimes screen blend, it depends. You can see it trying differents blend modes. Important, always in a blank layer,
