This isn't a graphics related question, but I don't know what to do and I could sure some help.

I have dual monitors and I am running windows XP Prof. with Office 97. Until recently I could transfer all my programs to either monitor. Now when I click Restore Down so I can transfer Microsoft Excel to the other monitor, Excel disappears right off the screen. Does anyone have a suggestion for this problem?

Thanks.

I hope I didn't get too technical for you Sharon. With my advanced knowledge of computers I tend to do that sometimes.

I found the problem! I thought I would post the solution incase it happens to someone else.

Since the Excel document was disappearing off the screen, I decided to change my screen resolution from 1024x768 to 800x600. After doing this I could see my worksheet was reduced to a very small size. I resized it manually then changed my resolution back to 1024x768. Now when I click Restore Down, my worksheet stays on the screen. So when I need to, I can move it to the other monitor.

Sorry DJ, no monitor leak.

Oh Yes, I knew that was the problem. I could have told you that. :D NOT

I'm glad you figured it out Sharon. I don't know how you figured it out but maybe you at least had some fun looking for the leak. :D Guess that's the last time you will look for technical answers from me. :D
