In spite of high initial interest in RetouchPRO t-shirts, after the first day or so sales stopped. So, to try and understand and adapt, perhaps I can get some feedback.

So, to try and understand and adapt, perhaps I can get some feedback. Brandee 06-02-2002, 02:35 AM You need a black t-shirt. (: I am waiting for black (or even dark grey-- anything but white!) before I buy. Why? Well, because I have a three year old. Heh. BigAl 06-02-2002, 03:37 AM 1. It's winter here :cold:. 2. Terrible exchange rate :(. 3. 4 months delivery . Jokes aside, a colleagues son is at MIT, and I'll have it forwarded to him before he comes home again. Jakaleena 06-02-2002, 06:47 AM Gotta go with Brandee on this one... I just don't wear white T-Shirts. But not because of little kids, it's just because I always think everyone can see through 'em... jeaniesa 06-02-2002, 09:28 AM Yup - it's the color. I don't like white T-shirts either. Any dark or bright color (black, purple, teal, green, blue) are much preferred because, well, I just look better in those colors. ;) Jeanie rondon 06-02-2002, 10:37 AM while I go with the non white (think black would have more impact) I'd rather send money direct.. as long as we don't forget to do that... d_kendal 06-02-2002, 12:59 PM reasons: 1. I'm also waiting for other color choice (black, dark grey etc.) 2. I'm broke (spent all my money on my car, and now I have to save for the insane insurance rates) 3. same problem as BigAl, the Canada/US exchange rate stinks however, I'm gonna be starting to work full time at my job (McDonalds :D) right away, so I'll probably get either the coffee mug, of the shirt or both in the next month or two. - David :) G. Couch 06-02-2002, 01:05 PM I was going to select "Retouch naked!" ...but did not want to scare anyone :D Actually, money is tight at the moment and after making a contribution during Ed's drive, I'll have to wait a while to get a t-shirt...plus there is that Epson printer to save for! Doug Nelson 06-02-2002, 03:31 PM I don't like white, myself, but they don't can't print white, so any image that needs white (such as our logo) ends up looking pretty bad if printed on any other color. I'll come up with another option. Doug Nelson 06-02-2002, 04:13 PM Ok, there's a gray one up now. Same design, only no logo, and the main image is on the front. Sanda 06-02-2002, 05:05 PM I have the same reasons as Big Al, it's winter here and our exchange rate is terrible. Plus the fact that I've overspent recently and have to watch the pennies for a while. I'll get a mug when I can afford it but right now money is very tight. :bawling: Ed_L 06-02-2002, 06:11 PM I thought I was the only one who hit bottom on the bank account. Anyhow, that's my reason rather than shirt color (although I would probably opt for something other than white). Ed rondon 06-02-2002, 06:21 PM Is that a normal thing .. no printing with white colors ? Doug Nelson 06-02-2002, 08:02 PM Normal for direct from digital. Your inkjet has no white ink, neither does theirs (actually, they use a dye-sub, but you get the idea). Pocoroba 04-07-2006, 01:22 PM The back side art for the shirt doesn't appeal to me. I agree that they should be on other colors also. |
