C-Span ?

Chris - It's a non-profit TV network that provides "public access to the political process". Live coverage of the House of Representatives and Senate as well as several call-in shows and book readings/reviews. To quote their website-

"C-SPAN is a private, non-profit company, created in 1979 by the cable television industry as a public service. Our mission is to provide public access to the political process. C-SPAN receives no government funding; operations are funded by fees paid by cable and satellite affiliates who carry C-SPAN programming."

Of course, this makes the whole nerd test sort of an American biased test...although I answered yes to watching Doctor Who (England) and Star Blazers (Japan)! :D

42% You refuse to live anywhere without a pizza-delivery service.

Greg.. there was a reference to C-SPAN on a Seinfeld episode where Kramer wanted to get home in time to watch the Canadian House of Commons session on it. That's gotta be right up there with watching paint dry.

I must say that it seems the older you are the more likely you will score high on this test. Maybe it just proves I've been a nerd for a long time...

Be proud and bask in your nerdiness!!!

I have a SETI t-shirt with the Drake equation printed on the back....hence, I am a nerd!

I would venture to guess that owning a RetouchPro t-shirt would also classify one as a nerd! :D

Add 1 more point to your "nerd score" for remembering that there was a Seinfeld episode referencing C-SPAN!!

Ouch.
I've long ago reconciled my nerdiness. I was a bit shocked to see just how deeply nerdy I am.

Maybe I should add another point for having gotten that informatoin not on the Seinfeld show itself but rather another website...
that I read just for curiosity.

If that's the case, I'll be king nerd by the time I'm 55!
