Browsing the auto/fx website I came across a lot of free stuff that might be of interest.
A free plugin called Dreamy Photo is available here (http://www.autofx.com/freeplugins/dreamy7.html)
Also, if you go to "Download Software" on their menubar, you'll find links for free textures and fonts (you will have to register to dl these).

I like this better than plain soft focus. Thanks

Dreamy Photo is a Gorgeous Plugin and produces EXCEPTIONAL softening and glowing effects to portraits. This plugin is highly effective especially if you use layer masks to paint the soft glowing skin on only certain parts of the image.
Produces great glamour look.

Thks for the pointer, Doug. Checking it out. First thing: under OSX.3.9 this 'DreamSuite' makes my menubar disappear. Very Windowish. The entire Flash-Gordon interface is, really.

Just downloaded this plugin and got the serial number. Cool freebie. I see all kinds of possibilities for this one. Kudos for the one who resurrected this post. :)
