I just found this post via Google (http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=lang_en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&th=5a95b5c1441b2c75&seekm=Xns907C78E7EC446dnelsonDELETETHISswb%40151.164.30.57&frame=off) and thought you might enjoy seeing/remembering how this whole place came to be.

And you can have a look here (http://web.archive.org/web/20010410204046/http://www.retouchpro.com/) if you want to see/remember what those first few users saw.

What's the old saying? "We've come a long way baby". Hats off to RetouchPro!

No flyout menu for us (relatively few so inconsequential) Mac users who employ IE in its current form to hassle with.

Progress. Both cures and causes problems.

I tried that 100 yr old pic, and it killed me. I don't know it I turned it in, but I don't think so.

I'm suprised by the date. The manner in which the site is ran, I just assumed it had been around a lot longer.

Now that I have a DSL connection at home, I hope to be able to participate more.

I was searching for another old thread and came across this one, which tickles me when I read it. I thought others might appreciate seeing it again (or for the first time).
