To continue with the Halloween theme, I am going to squeeze in one more Art Tag this month. So if you want to play, just send me a PM with the subject "Graveyard". I plan on starting this round 18 Oct.

To find out more about Art Tag click
here (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2855)

Need to learn how to FTP a file. It's really not difficult. Go
here (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2343) to learn how.

Sounds like fun, but I don't quite "get it" from the blurb.

How much time do you get once you get your notification? Meaning of course, if you work, would you get a reasonable time span to turn it around?

Do you keep adding to the same image - one treatment on top of another?

rookie questions, I am sure, but...

Toad, welcome to Art Tag! I hope you enjoy the game. As for your questions...

How much time do you get once you get your notification?
Typically this is a fast paced game. For one reason, there are numerous players waiting on the image and their turn. Two, because you are not supposed to completely finish the image. You are only suppose to add your touch to it and pass it on. You should really only spend an hour or two on it max. Once you are notified you typically have only 24 hours to complete it, but it is preferred that you take as little time as possible. So if you are going to be out of town for a day or busy on a day, let me know so I don't send it to you then.

Do you keep adding to the same image - one treatment on top of another?
In the game, the same image is passed from person to person with each person adding their personal touch to it. You can work on layers, but you must flatten the image before resubmitting it.

Other general notes,
Don’t alter the resolution or overall file size
Keep the image as a .tif file
Rename the image (no spaces) and FTP it back to the site
PM me once you are done so I can send it to the next person

And as Danny says, "JUST HAVE FUN"

If you have any more questions, just let me know. This is for fun and always a learning experience.

ENJOY

I believe that there are at least four RetouchPro members in the image.

OMG, you sure did! I just looked at the animation and you showed up after I got there and before someone gave me "super powers"....

On the animation, it looks like I shot you in the face with a lightening bolt.

Sorry about that... :o:

I guess I should take lightening lessons or something to learn to control those things...
