I started to give an answer to the question in THIS THREAD (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4462) in the Help Requested forum, but after it loaded and I saw what it was I thought I'd better check.

Obviously a copyrighted image autographed by the subject.

Fortunately the image wasn't uploaded to this site! At least it is not an NFL player (it sure doesn't look like pro uniforms anyway); more likely a college or high school shot that the player autographed.

You might ask about the origin, the owner's permission and all that. Maybe he's doing it as a gift for the player to his mother or whatever. Maybe he's the original photographer.
