I liked the idea of Doug's embossed brush technique...so I started experimenting with it. First I adjusted the levels of the pond. Then I selected all and defined the whole pond as a pattern. Then I buzzed the pond (simplifier). I turned on the pattern stamp and in a new blank layer that had bevel and emboss checked, I painted the fish back in using a rough brush. For some of the fish I checked texture in the brush pallet. When I was done with the fish, I opened the hue and saturation sliders and increased the saturation and changed the hue a bit. Then I duplicated that layer and set the new fish layer to multiply. I filled the frame with some textire from the buzzed pond.

Stunning results! I love the textured fish, but I especially like the almost puzzle piece appearance of the pond's water. A very nice image!
