I was just reminded of a site I visited long ago. It is a site with Photoshop tutorials that cover correction, compositing, and photo-art. I just revisited this site, and I still find some of his tutorials very interesting.

Be sure to check out the tutorials in Photoshop 5..... even if you don't have that version. What a gold mine!!

Yes, this was one of the most helpful sites for me when I was beginning. And I was a beginner for quite a long time. I read the manual and bought some books, but nothing seemed to sink in. This site and the scantips (http://www.scantips.com/) site really opened my eyes.
