Mom was going to cut this up when I said 'what a pretty apple"! When she laughingly asked if I wanted to take its picture, I grabbed my camera and did just that! Have fun!

Hit re-fresh on the browser -- I had trouble also. When I did the refresh it worked.

Here is another try. Desat used find edges - remove light lines, history brush to bring in the color - then added the anisotropic, add texture

All nice efforts. Good sketches, good paintings. Some creative looks for sure.

BK, yours reminds me of a printed linen kitchen towel.

Fish, I like your first apple pic...rich dark colors with good contrast and sharp lines.

Jill, nice work...yours have a real country look.

Nice painting as usual, Amanda, and three apples ARE better than one!

Great sketching as usual, Trimoon...how did you take that bite out of the apple? Did you draw/paint it? Or did you add a bite from another photo?

I enlarged the apple and did a watercolor and an oils version from the same basic starter pic...just added different pattern layers for textures.

And this second one is supposed to look like an oil painting, thanks to Trimoon's canvas and my Van Gogh patterns, with some help from lighting effects.
